The BHS Parent Teacher Group (BHSPTG) is composed of teachers, administration, students and parents working together for the betterment of BHS.
Mission/Vision:
The BHS Parent Teacher Group is comprised of parents, students, teachers, staff, administrators and the community providing the necessary support to enrich the educational process at BHS. Our goal is to create a comfortable, safe environment that recognizes achievements and promotes positive learning experiences for all members of the school community.
Some of the activities BHSPTG has undertaken include offering SAT prep courses, staff appreciation, researching and making recommendations on educational topics such as weighted grading, student and staff surveys, senior recognition breakfast, library improvement, developing a parent volunteer list, participation in parent/student orientation sessions, introductory Latin class and issues related to general school improvement.
