One of the objectives or our organization is to fund raise to support our school and our community.  This year's projects include:

Paper Recycling - Make every page count!  Bring all of your newspapers, magazines, office and school papers, shopping catalogs, and mail to the yellow and green recycling bin located in the John Kennedy parking lot. Our Student Council will be reimbursed for all recycled materials collected.
Items NOT to be placed in the bins are hardcover books, cardboard, phone books, metal, plastic, glass items, or any trash.

Ink cartridge recycling - Have a computer printer at home? If so, PLEASE send your empty cartridges into school so that we can send them back to be recycled. We are also able to raise money through this program, so please support us!

Wreath Sale - our annual wreath sale is held at the end of November.  Watch for information about available items coming home in early November and during Parent-Teacher Conferences.

What's Cooking at JK? - We still have some copies of our JK Cookbook - only $8.00.  All profits go to community projects.  Cookbooks are available in the JK Library or the Main Office.

Bell Ringing at TOPS - Every year in December a group of JK Student Council members goes to TOPS to ring the bell for the Salvation Army and raise money for them during the holiday season.  This event is usually scheduled for mid December and students are encouraged to attend.
