Link Leader Graduation-May 27th

Link Leader Graduation will be an all-day event recognizing the Senior Link Leaders for their dedication.  Only Junior and Senior Link Leaders will be invited to attend.  The day will consist of team competitions as well as a picnic-style lunch.  Dress comfortably and be prepared to have fun-rain or shine!!!  More details will be posted as they become available.

Cocoa and Cram - January 22nd
All freshmen are invited to Cocoa and Cram.  This is an opportunity for freshmen to join the Link Leaders as they study for Midterms.  This event will take place in the High School Cafeteria from 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.  Hot chocolate will be served.  Thank you to the Batavia Dunkin' Donuts and the Batavia City School District School Board for providing the hot chocolate and cookies for this event.

Make a Difference Day-October 15th

Make a Difference Day, which runs from 8:00-11:30 a.m., is designed to further develop the relationships that have been formed between the freshmen and Link Leaders.

Leader-Freshmen follow-up-September 18th

This brief follow-up will run from 2:30-3:00 in the audtorium.  During this follow-up, Leaders will "check in" with their freshmen group to see how things have been going and to see what ways they can be of assistance.  Leaders will also encourage the freshmen to get involved and inform them of some of the exciting activities coming up.

Orientation Day-September 3rd

Orientation day is filled with interactive activities designed to engage the freshmen with each other as well as the junior and senior Link Leaders from 8:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.  The program begins with the Gauntlet, in which the freshmen are welcomed by the faculty and Link Leaders.  Next, there will be Whole Group Activities to become acclimated with each other in the high school.  Then, we move from the bleachers to the floor for Floor Activities to get to know each other a little better.  From there, Link Leaders will take their assigned group to a classroom where they will do more activities in a more intimate setting.  In an attempt to increase the comfort level of the freshmen even further, the second half of the school day is a modified schedule in which freshmen and transfer students can meet their teachers and find their classes.  This day if for freshmen and new students only.  

Link Leader Training-August 27th and August 28th

Link Leaders will be trained in the Link Crew program during the two-day Link Leader Training.  Each day will run from 8:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.  Lunch will be provided.  Leaders should dress comfortably and bring an enthusiastic attitude!!!

Link Leader-Introduction-June13th

The introduction is a Link Leader "crash" course, which runs from 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m., in which Leaders will learn what Link Crew is all about.  During the two hours, the Leaders will interact with each other through many activities as well as learn about the philosophy and commitment that goes along with being a Link Leader.
