BMS PTG Meeting Dates and Minutes

    We would love to see you there. Your input is valuable to the success of our parent group.  It takes a community to make our school a better place.  Come be part of BMS PTG.



    All parents/guardians of Batavia Middle School students are members of BMS PTG and are welcome to attend our meetings, which are open to the public. 

    BMS PTG Meetings are typically held on the second Wednesday of each month during the regular school year at 6:30 p.m. in THE BMS LIBRARY.  

    (** note some of the exceptions below)  

    Meetings usually run about one hour.

    The meeting schedule for the 2018-2019 school year:

    Sept. 11, 2019    6:30 p.m./ 5th & 6th Grade House Q&A at 6:00 p.m. / meet & greet at 5:30

    October 9, 2019 6:30 p.m.

    Nov. 13, 2019  6:30 p.m. 

    **No meeting in December**

    January 8, 2020 6:30 p.m.

    February 12, 2020 6:30 p.m.

    March 11, 2020   6:30 p.m. 

    April 15, 2020    6:30 p.m. **3rd Wednesday due to Spring Break**  

    May 13, 2020  6:30 p.m.

    June 10, 2020    6:30 p.m. **Vote for new officers**
