Fitness Testing

    September & March/April 

    The physical fitness components are:

    Pacer Test (Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run) -  measures aerobic capacity.

    Sit & Reach - measures the flexibility of the hamstring muscles.

    Modified Pull-Up - measures upper body strength.

    Curl-Up (Sit ups) - measures abdominal strength and endurance.
