Welcome to Mrs. Hamilton's Physical Education Webpage!
Physical Education is an important part of a school's curriculum. It is not just a time to play games but a chance to learn about life long fitness. A physical education program should help students develop motor skills and technique, cooperation and sportsmanship. Physical Education needs to be an enjoyable and fulfilling experience for students so that they will continue to be active throughout their lives.
