Please consider joining the BHSPTG (Batavia High School Parent Teacher Group) which is composed of parents, teachers, administration and students working together for the betterment of BHS.  

Some activities the BHSPTG has undertaken include offering SAT prep classes, staff appreciation, researching and making recommendations on educational topics such as weighted grading, student and staff surveys, the senior recognition breakfast, library improvement, developing a parent volunteer list, participation in parent/student orientation sessions and other matters relating to general school improvement.

The BHSPTG meets the second Tuesday of the meeting month (please see meeting schedule) and are currently virtual starting at 6PM.   These meetings typically last about one hour. An invite will be sent out prior to the meeting. If you cannot make these meetings, but would still like to participate in our group, please feel free to fill out a volunteer form available at the BHSPTG table at Freshmen/Transfer Student Orientation, at Open House, or at the top of this page.  Please return completed forms to the High School’s Main Office.
