Notifications

Asbestos - In compliance with federal law, all Batavia City School facilities have been inspected for asbestos-containing materials.  All new construction is asbestos free.  The District's management plan for the continued safe environment for students and employees is available for review at the Director of Facilities office, upon request.

Pesticides - Pesticides may be used at school facilities or on school grounds throughout the school year.  Under state law, parents and staff may request to receive 48 hours advance written notice of pesticide applications by registering with the Office of Facilities & Operations at  12 MacArthur St .
