Resources for Staff

Excellus offers Telemedicine for members that need to see a physician for non-emergency issues.  If traveling and in need of medical care, Telemedicine is available 24/7/365. Connect with a physician at Excellusbcbs.com/Telemedicine or call 1-866-692-5054.

Update 3/17:

"Along with office visits, urgent care, and emergency room visits for COVID-19 testing, now Telemedicine will be covered in full as well. Anytime a member calls telemedicine (MDLive) for a COVID-19 related diagnosis, the visit will hold no cost share to the member. We are implementing these changes to all of our fully insured groups (including minimum premium)."
