Our building goals at John Kennedy Intermediate School are to improve attendance and improve math and reading competency of all students. As we near the midway point we wanted to reach out for some feedback on how we are doing so far, from your perspective. Please take a moment to reflect on the first half of the year and let us know what you are seeing from your child. The John Kennedy Book Bowl is underway! Stay tuned to find out what books advance and which one ultimately wins our JK Book Bowl! Our PE teachers kick off every class in the gym reading to the students. Then, students vote on their favorite book to advance!

Our Amazing SRO’s surprised us @BataviaJK with a huge donation for our @URMed_GCH Holiday Toy Drive today! Thank you Batavia Police Dept for your kindness and for joining us in bringing smiles to those kids in the hospital. We will continue to collect toys til Dec 20th.📚🎄❤️

How it started. How it’s going!! 8 school days left for our @BataviaJK Holiday Toy Collection for for the kids @URMed_GCH. Students and staff are also making cards and a video of holiday wishes to share with the patients, families and Golisano staff.Keep the donations coming.
The BHS Sources of Strength group came to JK today to work on some festive activities with some of our second graders! They made cards, sang songs, and participated in team building activities.
And now our 4th Grade Chorus is rocking the holiday stage!
