School Tool Parent Portal

School Tool is a district-wide student information system designed to manage attendance, grades, schedules, test scores, and other information for the students in the Batavia City School District.

The Batavia City School District has a Parent Portal for 6th-12th grade parents to access online, timely, and secure information about their children.

Registration: Each parent or guardian who registers through a form on ParentSquare will receive a temporary password via email; this is an auto-generated email, and no one but the receiver will know that password. By activating an account, parents/guardians agree to abide by and support the terms of use and user expectations.

If you have questions about the portal or need to register, please contact :

Batavia High School: Cheryl Kowalik (585-343-2480 ext 2008)
Batavia Middle School: Jan Colopy (585-343-2480 ext 3001)

As of December 8, 2023, student portal access is available to students in grades 6-12. Students use their BCSD username and password to access their individual accounts.
