The Batavia City School District Board of Education welcomes you to its webpage and encourages you to stay informed with district updates and meetings.
The Board of Education also encourages you to participate and help us to provide the best educational program for the students in our school district.
The Board of Education is responsible to the State of New York and to local school district residents for the education of public school students. Our school board carries out the laws and regulations pertaining to the education of public school students.
The Board of Education meets regularly in public sessions. Please see below for the current year for a list of meeting dates and times.
Meetings are held at the BCSD District Office, 260 State Street. Our meetings can be viewed on our YouTube channel as well.

On February 26, 2024 more information will be available and packets to run for a seat on the Board of Education will be available for pick up for the May 2024 Election/Vote.
