Board of Education

The Board of Education of Batavia City Schools welcomes you to their webpage and encourages you to stay informed with district meetings. The Board of Education also encourages you to participate in helping us to provide the best educational program for the students in our school district. 

The Batavia City Schools Board of Education is responsible to the State of New York and to local school district residents for the education of public school students. Our school board carries out the laws and regulations pertaining to the education of young people.

The Board of Education meets regularly in public sessions. Please see 'Important Links' and click on the current year for a list of meeting dates and times or see below. Meetings are held at Robert Morris School, 80 Union Street. Enter via the door on Union Street. Our meetings can be viewed on our YouTube channel as well. Please see the link below.

*Please note that in order to be heard at a Thursday evening Board Meeting, your form must be received by the Friday prior to the meeting by 1 PM.
