We will have our JK Color Run on June 6! This is a student only event that will take place during the day. If parents are interested in volunteering please make sure you are an approved district volunteer. Be prepared to greet some COLORFUL children when they get home next week!

Join us for our JK Mud Run this Wednesday evening! All students and their grownups are invited to run around our obstacle course for an evening of fun, laughs and mud!
Math and Movement Night was a blast. Students practiced their Math skills by jumping and moving around on the math mats. Plus two students won new bikes!!! Thank you to all who attended!
Our JK Mud Run is next Wednesday May 24!!! ALL are invited to this fun event where we run through a muddy obstacle course!

Our 3rd and 4th Graders had a wonderful Maple Syrup Experience the last couple days. Thank you to the NYS Maple Producers' Association for this wonderful learning experience for our students!
Our 3rd and 4th Grade Spring Chorus Concert was last night and our students shined on stage! We are so proud of their hard work and singing!
Lunchtime with the kids is the best part of my @BataviaJK school day. However, 5 girls for lunch, I

We loved seeing 2nd grade family members at today's Paul Bunyan Pancake Breakfast! It was the culminating event of a cross-curricular unit where students engaged in engineering challenges, singing, reading and eating pancakes of course!
Our students had the great opportunity today to have a visit from author Lawrence Pringle! He shared stories about his background, his books, all his curiosities, and the benefits of being avid readers! This was a wonderful experience for our students.
