Community Eligibility Provision

The Batavia City School District participates in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), which allows all students to receive breakfast and lunch at no cost, regardless of household income.

While meals are provided free of charge to all students, families are asked to complete the Household Income Eligibility Form. This form helps determine eligibility for additional state and federal programs and services that may benefit your child(ren) and the District.

Please complete one form per household, sign it and return it to your child's school. If you need assistance completing the form, please contact the District Office at 585-343-2480.
